The Investor

Budget Finance borrows money from individuals. Investor Notes are in essence loans by the individual investor to Budget Finance who in turn uses the money to make other investments or loans to its customers. Budget Finance gives the investor a promissory note or debenture which is a promise to pay (return) the principal to the investor on an agreed upon date. The investor receives interest payments monthly, annually, or at maturity for allowing Budget Finance to use the money.
